Jim Pivarnik, professor, co-authored, Effect of pregnancy on heart rate/oxygen consumption calibration curves.  Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise.  He also co-authored, Promoting healthy weight in Michigan through physical activity and nutrition.

Tiffanye Tonsing, Ph.D. student, Nicholas Myers, Ph.D. student, & Dana Munk, Ph.D. student, co-presented “Coaches’ and Athletes’ Perceptions of Efficacy Enhancing Techniques” at the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity in Baltimore, Maryland; (October, 2002) “Athletes’ Perceptions of Coaches’ Efficacy Enhancing Techniques” at the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sport Psychology conference in Tucson, Arizona.  Tiffanye was also the recipient of the Michigan State Summer Acceleration Fellowship for the summer of 2002.
