Project in Kinesiology

Course Description

Master's degree students are required to complete a "capstone" experience as part of their degree programs. The Project in Kinesiology is one of four options (thesis, project, internship, courses only + certifying exam). Students who elect the project option conduct research or develop products such as technical reports, instructional media, or curriculum materials that address a significant problem in the field. To satisfy KIN degree requirements, the student must successfully propose, implement, and defend the project activities and reports according to the M.S. Plan B Project Option Policy. Students who are conducting research under this course number should also consult the Guidelines on Student/Faculty Collaboration in Research.
